Each individual may hold a maximum of one (1) registered Account on the Platform at any time. Duplicate accounts, whether created intentionally or inadvertently, will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any Bonus Funds credited across them. Real Money Funds will be returned to the original verified payment method following investigation.
Individuals who have previously self-excluded from nplay11 — whether voluntarily or by direction of the Platform — are ineligible to hold an Account for the duration of their exclusion period. Any Account opened in contravention of an active self-exclusion will be closed immediately.
When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and preferred contact method. You undertake to update this information promptly in the event of any material change.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. nplay11 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain credential security. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify nplay11 support immediately.
nplay11 reserves the right to request KYC documentation from any Account holder at any time. Documents typically required include a valid government-issued photo identification (Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence), proof of residential address (a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and a selfie holding the identity document. Accounts with pending KYC verification may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is complete. Typical verification time is 24–48 hours from submission of satisfactory documentation.
nplay11 reserves the right to verify the accuracy of all registration information at any time. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds.
The nplay11 Platform is made available for your personal, non-commercial entertainment use only. You may not use the Platform for any commercial purpose or on behalf of any third party. Any systematic or algorithmic use of the Platform — including the use of automated software, bots, scripts, or other mechanical tools to interact with the Platform — is strictly prohibited.
You agree to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms and all Applicable Law. You specifically agree that you will not attempt to circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with any security-related feature of the Platform; transmit any virus, malware, or other harmful code; or engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the proper functioning of the Platform.
The default transaction currency for Malaysian players on nplay11 is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). All Account balances, wagers, winnings, and bonus amounts are denominated and processed in MYR unless a specific alternative is agreed at registration. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.
nplay11 accepts deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, USDT TRC20, and BTC. Deposit fees are not charged by nplay11; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own processing fees, for which nplay11 accepts no responsibility.
All deposits made to an nplay11 Account must originate from a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. nplay11 reserves the right to reverse any deposit where the originating payment method cannot be verified as belonging to the Account holder.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. As a general guide: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) — minimum RM 30; bank transfers via FPX or DuitNow — minimum RM 100; cryptocurrency — minimum equivalent of RM 100. Maximum deposit limits are set at the Account level and may vary by verification tier.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible, in adherence with standard anti-money-laundering practice. Withdrawal requests submitted before 4:00 PM (MYT) on business days are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the payment method and the Account's KYC status.
nplay11 reserves the right to require full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal above RM 1,000 or where the total cumulative withdrawals from an Account exceed RM 5,000 in any 30-day period. Withdrawal requests from Accounts with incomplete KYC may be delayed until verification is satisfactorily completed.
nplay11 maintains anti-money laundering (AML) policies in accordance with international gaming licensing requirements. Any transaction pattern that raises reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities will be reported to the relevant authorities and the associated Account(s) will be suspended pending investigation. Funds associated with suspected fraudulent or money-laundering activity may be withheld indefinitely.
All bonuses and promotions offered by nplay11 are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.
Bonus Funds credited to an Account are subject to a Wagering Requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. The Wagering Requirement applicable to each bonus is stated clearly on the relevant promotion page. As a general guide, nplay11 welcome bonuses carry Wagering Requirements ranging from 10x to 35x the bonus amount. Players must complete the applicable Wagering Requirement within the bonus expiry period specified in the promotion terms.
Different game types contribute at different rates toward satisfying a Wagering Requirement. Slot games generally contribute at 100%. Live casino table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) generally contribute at 10–20%. Specific contribution rates for each game are set out in the relevant promotion's terms. Sports betting wagers placed with Bonus Funds contribute as specified in the individual promotion.
While Bonus Funds remain active in an Account, the maximum permitted bet per spin or game round is MYR 250, unless a lower limit is specified in the individual promotion terms. Placing a wager exceeding the applicable maximum bet limit while Bonus Funds are active constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the forfeiture of the relevant Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from non-compliant wagers.
nplay11 actively monitors Accounts for indicators of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting promotional offers through low-risk or zero-risk wagering strategies, collusion between players for promotional benefit, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion. Where bonus abuse is identified, nplay11 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and associated winnings, suspend the Account, and recover any amounts withdrawn in connection with the abuse.
Important: Always read the specific terms of any promotion before claiming. Bonus amounts and wagering requirements vary between offers. nplay11 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
All bets and wagers are accepted at the absolute discretion of nplay11. The Platform reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any wager without providing a reason. Wagers are not binding until confirmed by the Platform's systems and reflected in the Account's transaction history.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and game types on the Platform. These limits are displayed at the relevant betting interface and may be adjusted by nplay11 at any time. nplay11 reserves the right to impose individual player stake limits at its discretion.
In the event of a palpable error in the odds, game result, or any other aspect of a wager (including but not limited to human error, technical malfunction, or data feed failure), nplay11 reserves the right to void the affected wager(s) and refund the staked amount to the relevant Account. This applies regardless of whether the wager has been settled in the player's favour.
All slot, table game, and random outcomes on the nplay11 Platform are generated by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and verified for fairness. nplay11 does not manipulate game outcomes. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are indicative averages calculated over a statistically significant number of rounds and are not guaranteed for any individual session.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nplay11 Platform. Violations may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by Applicable Law.
nplay11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that: the Account holder has breached these Terms; the Account is involved in fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity; KYC verification cannot be satisfactorily completed; or continued operation of the Account poses a risk to nplay11, other players, or third parties.
Account holders may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting nplay11 support. Pending any outstanding KYC requirements, Real Money Funds will be returned to the Account holder's verified payment method within a reasonable period. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure unless otherwise stated.
Upon termination of an Account for cause (i.e., due to breach of these Terms or fraudulent conduct), nplay11 reserves the right to withhold the entire Account Balance pending investigation and legal review. Amounts recoverable by nplay11 from the Account holder in respect of any breach may be deducted from the Account Balance before any remaining Real Money Funds are returned.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which nplay11 holds its gaming licence. Any disputes not resolved through nplay11's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitral bodies designated under the applicable gaming licence, to the extent permitted by Applicable Law.
nplay11 makes no representation that the Platform or its services are lawful or appropriate for use in any particular jurisdiction. Access to and use of the Platform from any jurisdiction is entirely at the player's own risk and initiative, and the player is solely responsible for compliance with local laws.
nplay11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Account holders via the email address registered to their Account or by prominent notice on the Platform no fewer than seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
